On March 19, 2025, the Changsha Weihui Party branch successfully held the 2024 organizational life meeting in the company's party member activity room and simultaneously carried out democratic evaluation of party members. The meeting was chaired by the branch secretary Zou Zhihong, and all 7 party members of the branch attended. The agenda was tight and the content was substantial, achieving fruitful results.
Before the meeting, the branch secretary Zou Zhihong organized all party members to study Premier Li Qiang's "2025 Government Work Report", guiding party members to deeply understand the national development strategy and policy guidance, and enhance their political standing. At the same time, Secretary Zou Zhihong conveyed the comments and opinions of Comrade Dai Zhili, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Boyun New Materials, on the Changsha Weihui Party Branch at the 2024 Grassroots Party Organization Secretary's Party Building Work Performance Evaluation Conference on February 28. Comrade Dai Zhili pointed out that on the one hand, the Weihui Party Branch in Changsha should further deepen the integration of the Party and industry, fully play the leading role of Party building, and assist in business development. By strengthening technical strength, increasing research and development efforts for new technologies, products, and processes, the company's profitability and scale can be enhanced; On the other hand, it is necessary to systematically promote the construction of talent pool, providing solid talent support for the company to accelerate innovation and development.
The democratic life meeting was first compared and inspected by the Party branch secretary Zou Zhihong on behalf of the branch committee and individuals, deeply carrying out self-criticism, and humbly accepting the criticism and opinions of other Party members. Subsequently, branch committee members Zhou Hongwei, Chen Yanfeng, and other party members conducted self analysis and self-criticism in turn. Other party members, based on the principle of seeking truth from facts, openly and honestly put forward criticism and suggestions. In a warm and serious atmosphere, party members had in-depth exchanges, and through criticism and self-criticism, further recognized their own shortcomings and clarified the direction of future efforts.
Subsequently, a democratic evaluation of party members was carried out. This evaluation adopts anonymous voting method to comprehensively evaluate 7 party members of the branch. After evaluation, 2 outstanding party members and 5 qualified party members were selected. The objective and fair results of democratic evaluation not only affirm the work achievements of party members, but also inspire all party members to take excellence as an example and continuously improve themselves.
At the end of the meeting, Party branch secretary Zou Zhihong made a concluding speech, emphasizing that all Party members must resolutely implement the instructions of Party Secretary and Chairman Dai Zhili, fully play the role of the Party branch as a fighting fortress and the exemplary role of Party members. In daily work, party members should actively take on responsibilities, promote business through party building, help the company break through development difficulties, accelerate development pace, and make new and greater contributions to the long-term development of the company.
