On December 19th, Dai Zhili, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Boyun New Materials, visited the company for research, and General Manager Yang Jiaqi led his team members to participate in the research activity. Chairman Dai Zhili first visited the production workshop on the front line, inquired in detail about the equipment production and operation situation, safety and occupational hazard protection situation, and fully affirmed the company's on-site management and safety and environmental protection work.
Party branch secretary and deputy general manager Zou Zhihong gave a detailed report on the completion of this year's business goals, next year's plans and arrangements, the 15th Five Year Development Plan, and the construction of the three modernizations on behalf of the company. After listening to the company's work report, Chairman Dai Zhili fully affirmed the work done by Weihui and put forward new requirements for the company's "15th Five Year Plan" strategic positioning, "to create a domestically leading and internationally competitive professional raw material supplier for hard alloys", and to achieve comprehensive leadership both domestically and internationally, leading in research and development capabilities, manufacturing capabilities, product quality, market share, cost, digital (intelligence), and talent. And put forward six requirements for the work in 2026: firstly, there should be new breakthroughs and improvements in research and development capabilities; Secondly, digital construction should be problem oriented, with the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency; Thirdly, comprehensively carry out cost reduction and efficiency improvement; Fourthly, we need to strengthen risk prevention and control; Fifth, we need to adjust the talent structure, control the quantity and improve the quality; Sixth, party building work should be integrated with business operations.
